This post is dedicated to YingYing. She prompted me long, long ago! Shall not disappoint her (: Also not forgetting my dear junior, JOANNA! hi i am back after being on hiatus for week(s)! But i enjoyed it. I shall dictate this post about AYG. Let's start from the top. I was still sec1 then. Hadn't realised the so-important importance of AYG. AYG seemed so far then. But now, it had passed. I hoped so much time would stop during dance. These memories will be etched in our minds, hearts, souls && memories forever. Practices had been wild this week. Wild, in this case, means PIA! Let's start from last monday, 22nd June '09. 22nd June 2009 Practised till 6pm. Had to rush to complete alot of things since AYG was a week away. Tired but enjoyed it. Can't remember much of it anymore. 23rd June 2009 Practised till 6pm++. AYG, less than 6 days away. Full-up for every dance. Again, tired but enjoyment was there. 24th June 2009 Had combined practice with Crescent and MayFlower and the gymnasts. Gymnasts were so so so flexible. *envy* Think that was the day we got our costumes. Didn't like it at first, but now, i think it's the best costume ever! Shall explain in the later part of the post. Went to Singapore Indoor Stadium (SIS). No make-up. No costume. Was quite chaotic 'cause everyone not into situation yet. 25th June 2009 Did not practice much. Don't remember it clearly about what happened but most of the time was settling things, make sure everything is right. Wore costume but no make-up. Really tired that day. Had to make it till 8pm. Same for Wednesday (ytd). 26th June 2009 And now it's Friday. So fast eh? Was proud of my costume. A lot of stuffs went on. Same as yesterday. Had full-dress rehearsal. You know, our costume would 'light up', like glow in the dark, when the lights went dark. Very very nice, i tell you. Every dancer was alert by then, 'cause time was lacking. 27th June 2009 Ah! The preview. Our school's sports cca came. Moral support was there, together with the teachers and principal. Improved alot, like by 90% according to miss yeo? Our positions were almost there alrdy. Much better compared to Friday. Ms Yeo was proud of us. We pushed our efforts, adrenaline was rushing through in our bodies, everyone was nervous, but had done a GREAT job! Well done, nhdancers. 29th June 2009 Actual Day! No matter how tired we are, we still PIA-ed. No time to practice. Make up had to be done quickly, as there were not enough time left. We left our class at 10am. Lols i miss my clique. Anyways, back to AYG. Heard the emcee said his personal favourite was Asia's Zest, which was our item! loveit. Camwhore-d alot. I am soooo gonna miss AYG and the sec4s. NO! Time had swept them away from us. We hope that time would stop. Haish, that's about it, 'cause i dowan to get emotional. Anyone, can you suggest me if i should post the pictures? i have more than 80 pictures of them. HELP! I would love to post them, but i dowan the thing to lag.
